BIO

DAVID RANDALL

David Randall is a La Canada native and joined Palermo, Barbaro, Chinen & Pitzer’s Family Law practice group in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Randall was the senior ligation associate at a valley-based law firm, where he was responsible for the day-to-day management of high profile, complex family law litigation and transactional work involving family formation issues which included egg donation, surrogacy, and other reproductive related issues. Mr. Randall spent the first four years of his practice in the Bay Area working for a highly respected law firm specializing in family law and LGBT rights and issues.

Before attending law school at Santa Clara University, Mr. Randall received a Master’s Degree at Central European University in Budapest, Hungary, and a Bachelor’s Degree in History at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. During law school, David completed a fellowship at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy where he worked on both legal and public policy issues for former U.S. Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta. Mr. Randall also attended boarding school in Canada during which time he was selected as a member of the United Eagles National Team at the Junior Rugby World Cup.

Mr. Randall has substantial experience working in all aspects of Family Law matters including: property division, characterization, allocation, and valuation; reimbursement claims; hidden assets; spousal support; child support; breaches of fiduciary duty; business valuations; real property valuations and claims; post-judgment matters; all aspects of child custody and visitation; international child custody disputes, including issues involving the Hague Convention; domestic violence issues; parentage claims; egg donation representing both intended parents and donors; surrogacy; and adoption.

Mr. Randall enjoys playing any and all sports, cooking and travelling.
